Please read this section carefully before placing an order. Purchasing from the Royal Curtains website or WhatsApp constitutes full acceptance of these rules:
1. Order and measure
Customers living in Kabul can use free home measurement services.
If ordering from other cities or abroad, the customer is required to provide accurate and final measurements.
2. Payment and prepayment
After final approval of the model, color, and size, the order amount is determined and announced.
The order will only enter the preparation phase after receiving the agreed down payment (statement).
3. Preparation time
The preparation time usually varies between 3 to 7 business days depending on the type of order.
During peak times or for specific models, there is a possibility of an extension of time, which the customer will be informed about.
4. Order cancellation and refund
Once sewing has begun, it is not possible to cancel the order or get a refund.
Please review the order information and details carefully before final confirmation.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders in Kabul are delivered by our team after account clearance.
International orders are shipped through our trusted partner companies.
Delivery costs and times vary depending on the destination and are communicated to the customer when ordering.
6. Quality guarantee
All stitching and fabrics are checked before shipping.
If there are demonstrable technical defects caused by our sewing, the correction will be made free of charge.
The customer is responsible for incorrect measurements or changes of mind after final approval.
